An AAHA-Accredited Animal Hospital in Fort Mill

Veterinary practices have to make a lot of decisions on a daily basis, but few make the choice to seek accreditation through the American Animal Hospital Association, or AAHA. At Palmetto Pet Hospital in Fort Mill, we’ve taken significant steps to meet or exceed standards in veterinary medicine and client care.

Approximately 12-15% of all animal hospitals in the U.S. and Canada are AAHA accredited. Here at Palmetto Pet Hospital, we are honored to be counted among that number, and intend to continue providing the highest quality services to our patients and their owners. We know how important pets are to their owners and families, and we believe it’s our responsibility to go above and beyond to offer them the best possible service. That’s why we’ve chosen to become AAHA-accredited.

Animal Hospital in Fort Mill: AAHA-Accredited

Founded in 1933, AAHA is a non-profit organization and the only existing accrediting body for small animal hospitals in the U.S. Being AAHA-accredited means that our animal hospital in Fort Mill has been evaluated on more than 900 stringent standards of veterinary care. For us to maintain our accreditation, we must undergo regular evaluations by AAHA experts to ensure that we’re continually meeting or exceeding these standards.
